Ask or tell anything you like-whether it is about your symptoms,how to deal with midlife stress, how to feel good or look great, a new treatment, drug, or herbal remedy you've tried and had success with. Or you may just be struggling with something and you'd like to have someone to talk to about it.

There are two parts to this menopause forum:

1) The form for you to fill in. Your comments will appear on a web page exactly the way you enter it, with minor spelling and typo revisions if necessary.

2) You'll see a full list of questions/comments other people have written me, and my response to them below the form. If you would like to respond to someone else, there is a form on those pages to do that.
