10th Golden Rule:The Flat Belly Diet
Flat Belly DietI left this golden rule for the last one, even though it really is the most obvious one. It’s so obvious that I was struggling to tell you anything you don’t already know. If you peruse the magazine stands, you’ll find that every other magazine has an article on how to get a flat belly. So, if you’re like the majority of people, you’ve read it all. And yet, most women (research proven) are still unsatisfied with the look of their bellies. I have decided to start my own healthy, low fat, delicious, and easy-to-make recipes. I have included foods that are vitamin and mineral rich, and I only cook with healthy oils rich in Omega 3’s. I regularly add to these recipes. Healthy calories differ greatly from unhealthy ones (sugar loaded for example) because they are metabolized differently in the body, and they make you feel good and full for longer. High fiber diet is so important for weight control. I don’t believe in no-carb diets, I don’t believe in crash dieting, starving, or severe deprivation diets. They just don’t work in the long run. You will need to make the lifestyle change that is sustainable, and oh so worth it! Conclusion: My recipes are generally high-fiber, whole foods, in their natural state with no added chemicals, using good fats, no added sugar, low salt, calcium-rich (care for those bones, ladies). This diet is heart-healthy, bone-healthy, weight control healthy, a flat belly diet, energizing, and it will give you beautiful skin.
