So, then why do we still need to go to our Health Care Provider?

Research has shown that women who regularly visit their doctors are more likely to make the necessary healthy lifestyle changes.

Also, remember, you may have an underlying condition (for example: hypothyroidism or uterine fibroids) that requires other treatment or medications that you haven’t thought of, or the natural medications you may be taking may be interfering with other meds, or they may have side effects that you are unaware of.
